The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of Zetech University Admission. Please read them carefully.

Online Admission is offered conditionally on acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.0 USERNAME AND PASSWORD SECURITY

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and Password
  • You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur in your account
  • You agree to notify Zetech University immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Name and Password or any other breach of security.
  • You may seek assistance in resetting the password to access your application.

2.0 ADMISSION

Before continuing with your application please read the Zetech University Admission requirements Link [Admission Criteria]

  1. Ensure that you meet the admission requirements before applying.
  2. It is in your best interest to complete your own application.
  3. The closing dates for admission are non-negotiable. It is your responsibility to ensure you apply before the applicable deadline.
  4. It is of utmost importance that you provide your correct personal email, Mobile Number, Postal addresses, and Next of Kin contacts to enable the University to contact you directly.
  5. You will only be able to submit your online application once you have:
    • Completed the full online application process, AND
    • Uploaded all the necessary scanned supporting documents in .pdf format, AND
    • Paid the application fee using the provided means.
  6. If you have not successfully paid or uploaded all attachments requested, by either means, your form has not been submitted.
  7. You will no longer be able to do any further editing of your application via the Online Application system.
  8. You will be informed by SMS or Email on the status of your admission letter. You will also be sent other important procedures describing when and how to report.
  9. Course fees must be paid in accordance with the fee payment schedule.
  10. Certificates will only be awarded after fulfillment of all the course requirements.
  11. Fee payments will be in the form of banker’s cheques payable to Zetech University or directly deposited to the University bank account or the University’s M-PESA Paybill number: 303072. Personal cheques are not accepted.
  12. Students are required to adhere to rules and regulations governing student conduct at Zetech University.

3.0 CHANGE OF COURSE

  1. The applicant may request a change course in the following instances: -
    • They did not meet the admission criteria for the programme applied and therefore have not been shortlisted.
    • They wish to change the course applied for.
    • The applicant is not eligible for the course they have applied for.
  2. To apply for the change of course the applicant may write a letter to the Assistant Registrar of Admissions requesting for "Change of Applied Course" Quoting their Admission Number and indicating clearly the new course they wish to change to. This letter may be emailed to admissions@zetech.ac.ke
  3. Change of course shall be done within three weeks of reporting.
  4. Additional costs applicable to Change of Course shall apply.

4.0 DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

The University reserves the right to withdraw an offer of a place or terminate a student enrollment if it discovers that a student has given false or fraudulent information in support of his/her application.

5.0 DATA PROTECTION ACT

I further expressly and unequivocally consent that the University may disclose and obtain any information relating to my above application to and from any regulatory and statutory bodies or third parties as it deems necessary, upon request and or as compelled by the law.

6.0 STUDENTS WITH DISABILITY

Students with disabilities shall be required to disclose their status during admissions. The University will respect the confidentiality of this information. However, the commitment to this confidentiality may be broken in circumstances in which the safety and health of the student or that of other members of the University community is endangered. Students will be required to give a written consent of the circumstances in which the confidentiality may be disclosed.
