When can I report?Reporting will take place from 28th August 2024 at the Thika Road Campus, Ruiru. Orientation will be held on 2nd September 2024, 10 am at our Thika Road Campus, Ruiru. Classes shall commence on 5th September 2024

When are your Intakes?Our intakes are in January, May and September.

Do you have hostels?Yes, the University has Hostels and has also partnered with several service providers to provide a variety of options to our students. https://www.zetech.ac.ke/accommodation/

Do you accept fee payments in installments?Yes, we do. We have a 40-40-20% fee payment policy where payment is done in the first second and third months respectively

Can I access Helb?Yes you can. All our degree students are eligible for helb loans.

Am I eligible for the Government Scholarship?No, However, Zetech University has an affordable fee structure with a flexible fee payment schedule.

Do you offer scholarships?Yes, we do. We have sports scholarships for talented students in Football, Basketball, Rugby, Volleyball, etc

What do I require when reporting?You require the original copies of; the KCSE result slip, National ID or Birth Certificate, and Two Passport Photos.

How long will my course take?All degree programs take a duration of three years (8 Semesters)

Do you have long holidays?No. We do not have long holidays, students learn on a trimester mode allowing the to complete their studies in time.

What are the available modes of study?KUCCPS placed students Classes are offered on full-time mode of study. The mode of delivery is face to face or online. The campus of study is indicated on your admission letter

Can I change my course?Yes, Students can change their course as long as they meet the minimum qualification for the desired programs.

Is Zetech University a private or public university?Zetech University is a fully Chartered Private University, all our programs are accredited by the Commission for University Education.

How do I transfer to Zetech University?Students can transfer to Zetech University via the KUCCPS portal once the transfer window is open.

Where exactly are you located?
We currently have 3 Campuses;
- Our Main campus is Mang'u Technology park located next to Mang'u High School.
- Ruiru Campus along the Thika Super Highway
- Nairobi City Campus is located in the CBD on Moi Avenue at Stanbank Building and Pioneer Building.
